Ken Urban was our service technician who came out to check our air conditioner which was having issues. Ken was very friendly and professional, and very systematic in running diagostics and provided a lot of knowledge and incite to what's been going on with our 16 year old AC unit. Would definitely recommend Service Plus to anyone having HVAC issues based on this experience.
