Wow, incredibly high quality and professional service! There's nothing more to to say about Armando and his team at Service Plus other than that. He and his team did an excellent job. The entire process with Service Plus, from my initial call, to their expedient scheduling, assessment, quoting, delivery, and installation has been nothing less than stellar. Armando R. was my technician today, installing a new humidifier on my unit. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient and was happy to answer all my questions and keep me informed of everything every step of the way. A different gentleman came out a few weeks ago to do some routine maintenance on my furnace, I think his name was Eduardo. He was also professional, kind, and patient. I signed up for their Comfort Club membership and I'm hoping it was worth it, time will tell. This will be my first year working with this company so I'm hoping they provide good value and service going forward - if so I will be happy to keep giving them my business.

Armando did a great job with the install and answering all my questions. He was extremely professional and very kind. The total service overall was excellent. Everyone, including Cesar and Jim were professional and now I have heat! My system is quite old and Armando was able to get it running with 0 issues. I definitely recommend this company! Eduardo C came to install a surge protector that I won in a drawing. He was very professional. He recommended an air purifier that is installed in the furnace and a better filter to improve the indoor air quality. Chris and PJ were awesome and very professional with their work. Our HVAC area is really cramped and was worried the new water heater would be a problem but they took care of it without any fuss. We had a dryness problem during winters due to heater and all the previous HVAC folks had ruled out a humidifier due to the space constraint. With service pro it was as simple as: going to their website, picking a furnace I was interested in, and scheduling an estimate; all within 2 minutes from their website.Jim came over for the estimate and laid out all their furnace possibilities from the highest of ends to the most economical options. Excellent experience! Eduardo came to my house to do preventative maintenance on my furnace. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He even put shoe covers over his boots to make sure he didn't bring any dirt into my house. He did a very thorough cleaning of my furnace. This was a great experience! Ninfa set up my appointment. She is always so professionally pleasant & efficient. I recently used Service Plus for my residential service. I worked with Chris. He was on time and professional. We discussed his work experience and different systems he worked on. He has a high level of expertise in diagnosing HVAC system issues. I tried a few times with other companies, but no one was able to pin point the problem. Chris was able to diagnose the issue, show me pictures, explain how the system work and how the issue was created and impact to my residential cooling system. I will use these guys again and I highly recommend them for any HVAC related items (e.g. repair, maintenance, new system, duct cleaning, etc.).

On May 12th the first of the hottest days of the season my AC system went out. Called everyone and their brother...booked solid until late the following week. Called these guys and they were able to send someone out that night!! Eduardo C. showed up on time just like the text message and email I got saying he was on his way. He was here from about 430 until almost 10 that night. The man worked his tail off until he found the problem and did not leave until I had my system working!! So professional, hard working and knowledgeable. He ran out of refrigerant filling up my system so he called his buddy co-worker Chris A. he brought the refrigant and stayed with him until the repair was done.they exhausted every avenue. Finally a leak test was performed with a dye they put in. Fast forward until last night 6/2/22. Chris A came back to check the system again, did another leak test found that the sealant put in fixed the problem. This man worked his tail off as well. Here from 545 until almost 10. Didn't want to leave until he made sure everything was working as it should and the problem was fixed.This company has hired some of the greatest, hardworking professional HVAC guys in the business! Highly highly recommend this company! Also the lady that answered the phone. She was great as well! In constant contact with me, explained everything thoroughly and was so polite and professional!!Job well done by all!! Great job!!!

About 7 months ago I installed a Nest Thermostat which replaced my ancient one. At the time it was set up for heat only; which was fine because who’s thinking about AC when it’s 20 degrees?! Well, before you know it, Mother Nature threw a curve ball last week and I thought we were gonna melt! 🥵 I called Service Plus after doing much research and was greeted by a very pleasant voice who got me scheduled that week; which was hectic! My Technician was Chris A. He was absolutely Wonderful! He has such a genuinely nice and friendly personality! On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to not only explain what needed to done, but showed me as well! He went above and beyond to make sure our cooling issues were fully addressed. Eduardo came out to diagnosis my 15 year old AC system. He clearly explained what it would take to fix and I decided to go with a new system. I then met Jim, who clearly explained my options for a new system. Then PJ and Cesar did the install, while doing so they explained details about the new system and worked real hard to get it installed so I could have the AC in the afternoon. Overall it was a great experience and everyone that assisted me was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Eduardo quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. He clearly explained what happened and how it could be prevented from reoccurring. Also clearly presented options for maintenance contract and to consider other new features for a better HVAC configuration. I ended up getting a new air filter product and am looking forward to having it installed. I highly recommend Eduardo. Very nice, polite, respectful and professional.
